Good to hear from you, good Buddy - and glad you are making it back from such a serious health issue.
I'll keep an eye out for that guy as well. I don't get by Sam's area much so didn't know they went so low on price. I will look for his submissions - and will report him when I see his shenanigans.
I did do my training in Monrovia at the Holiday Inn. I did Brakeman class in September and Conductor class in December.
I hired out in late 2004. I worked West Colton to Yuma from 2004 thru 2008 most of the time before settling in the yard as switchman during the recession. I have just stayed. I will eventually go back out to the main line.
I work for Union Pacific Railroad out of Colton, CA.
Oh, I have seen the Mtn Men ads, and just though I wouldn't take them in. Ever watch "Hell on Wheels". And I do like the Westerns.
You did have a go around. I had three different thing, actually four, but one we will address later. My girlfriends son went to the hosp. and while he was there had a 4 by-pass. As you say, he was close to a walking dead man.
Sorry to hear of your Hosp. stay. I was in one twice in April, but was able to keep things going on a limited basis
Hey gas buddy, let me give you A BIG CONGRATS on your 200 Cons. Days!! Keep up the good work. David...........QQ
HFAJR0034, no problem. The group is called Voz Vaqueros. We've done many funerals by request, or if a member dies, so it's likely us you saw as there is no other group in NM that I know of that wears a white shirt and red tie/bola.
Thanks for the warnings, but most of the real bad weather breaks up some coming across the state line of Ala.-Ga.
